Description
The traditional processes of recruitment are often heavy and inflexible, generating stress to all stakeholders involved. As the values of recruiters and job-seekers change and technology goes constantly further, why is the recruitment scene operating on the old paradigms? Within this project, the rules of recruitment game are revisioned to match the demands of modern life.
What if recruitment was designed from the point-of-view of a job-seeker, how would the ideal process be like? What are some values of modern humans that get often overlooked in the recruitment processes? What are the everyday life interfaces that could provide major value if implemented properly to the recruitment processes?
