Changing jobs is constantly more widely accepted and even built into HR models of organizations. Diverse professional development has been touted as one of the reasons for the phenomenon, but also the identification of not fitting into a specific job. Unfit work often induces stress to individual's life and it is not a good situation for the employer either. This project's goal is to understand how to identify when one is in a wrong job, how to address the situation and to create solutions for the recruitment field addressing the issue. What if the worries of bad fits in working life could be mitigated on all parties, how could it change the dynamics of recruitment and working life? How might the workplace dynamics change if work-personnel fits could be addressed openly? What if job circulation was built in to all work?
