Globalization has changed society into a more diverse place. Although there are many benefits, the multicultural society also brings new challenges in equality and social inclusion of immigrants. One of the main setbacks of immigrants' integration is related to the language barrier. How might we address and narrow the language gap of immigrants in a new but foreign country? How might we facilitate the acquisition of language skills of the immigrants in a foreign country? Also, how might we prepare companies that support the integration of immigrants to overcome the language gap when addressing the needs of the company and the needs of the immigrants?
