Description
Digital services can generate lots of information, but customers don’t buy information — they buy confidence in decisions: keep operating, schedule maintenance, or stop due to safety risk. If the output is “a report,” it can be ignored or escalated into a technician visit by default.
In this project, teams will transform condition-monitoring outputs into decision-ready guidance for real roles in crane operations. The goal is to turn a detected issue into clear next steps that reduce uncertainty and make action easier.
What should an owner/operator see first? What does a maintenance lead need to plan resources and parts? What helps a technician diagnose faster on site? How do we present urgency, risk, and recommended actions so they are easy to accept and defend internally?
Teams will build a role-based prototype (e.g., different views or message formats for different users) and demonstrate how the same underlying sensor finding becomes actionable guidance instead of a static report.
