Office You Love

Description
In recent years, the concept of a traditional office space has undergone significant transformation due to advancements in technology, changing working patterns, and evolving employee expectations. Hybrid work means that coming to an office to work needs to add a lot more value for the employees than before. As benchmarks, there are many state-of-the-art co-working spaces around the world, but they all tend to offer the same old values: Wi-Fi, designer chairs, coffee, and snacks. If we think about an expert organization that has 500 square meters of office space. How would you design the best possible work environment for 40 experts working for the company that makes other people envious of the office space? The office can offer different kinds of services to the employees and it could facilitate various work-related use cases. In this project, we aim to build multiple concrete demos and conceptualize the best working environments as they should be. As the end results, we are looking for holistic designs and visualizations of a modern workplace. Join us to envision better places to work! We are looking for people interested in interior design, architecture, accessibility design, wellbeing and service design.
