All-encompassing transparency is Demola teams' one of the most often discovered phenomenon that companies need to adapt to in the future. In this project, the goal is to create a tangible approach on such transparency, which will disrupt the construction industry. While operational transparency is often coined with sustainability, this project includes everything a company does and incorporates transparency as a key value creator.

How would the dynamics change in the construction industry if transparency was the modus operandi, enabled by blockchain? What if all construction operations supported the BIM (building information model) of the building to set up building knowledge for a whole new gold standard? How would all-encompassing transparency change the way we see construction companies?
