Description
In today's digital era, e-commerce has revolutionised the way we shop, connect and do business. From global giants to small-scale enterprises, the online marketplace provides opportunities for brands to reach a vast audience and create a substantial impact. However, it's the innovative and resourceful small brands that often surprise us with their ability to make a significant splash in the e-commerce landscape. In this project, we want to uncover the best examples of smart small brands around the world that have leveraged e-commerce to create a remarkable impact.
What sets these smaller brands apart? Are there some similarities and patterns on how the smaller brands create impact through e-commerce? What are the best examples and benchmarks? How might we generalise some of the core findings for other quality brands struggling with the e-commerce transition? How might this be turned into a "playbook for e-commerce" for smaller brands?
