In the future, companies need to adapt to the trend of all-encompassing transparency − this is one of the most frequently detected findings of our Demola teams. In this project, the goal is to create a tangible approach on such transparency, namely transparency that would disrupt construction industry. While operational transparency is often coined with sustainability, this project includes everything a company does and incorporates transparency as a key value creator. How would the dynamics change in.the construction industry if transparency was the modus operandi, enabled by blockchain? What if all construction operations supported the buildings' BIM (building information model) to set up building knowledge for a whole new gold standard? How would all-encompassing transparency change the way we see construction companies?
