Textile waste is a global issue. Some of the consumers are sustainability-aware in their choices, but trends such as ultra-fast fashion make it easy and lucrative to not think about the issue. Simultaneously, companies who strive for sustainability, also in the fashion industry are facing difficulties in communicating their sustainability efforts and philosophies on production. A concept, interactive fitting booth, towards fighting the issue was developed in a previous Demola project. This project continues where that one left off and focuses on creating a tangible demo of a fitting booth that makes the customer to fall in love with the piece of clothing through its journey and values it represents.
