Safety in Smart Cities

Description
In future cities autonomous technologies will aim to improve our quality of life. There will be many services and automated processes to support our daily lives. Feeling of safety is one of the most crucial building blocks for good quality of life. In this project we aim to look at autonomous technologies, like drones, to increase the safety and security in smart cities. How might we increase the feeling of safety and security for the citizens in smart cities? What innovative ways there could be to ensure no one feels threatened or alone when strolling through the city? Should we utilize autonomous drones, robots or other mobile vehicles, or focus on some static infrastructure? How might these technologies be accepted and trusted by the public? Join the project to build demos of the next-gen safety and security tech for future smart cities!
