n the tourism business, many different service providers contribute to the overall experience of travellers: transportation, accommodation, experiences, restaurants, culture, etc. Many of these organisations are already collaborating and offering different packages to tourists, but they don’t truly share the risks and rewards. This often results in an inconsistent experience or requires extra effort from the customer, as each provider focuses heavily on their own services. How might we add value to tourists by utilizing their data to serve them better? Could we increase information and data sharing between different service providers to, for example, communicate and deliver services more effectively to international tourists visiting Finland?
