I cannot login into Demola Portal

To login into Demola Portal, use your email and password when prompted.

  • Please note that your Demola Portal password is not the same password you use in the Demola Chat!
  • After you created your profile, you receive your Demola Portal password to your e-mail address. Check also your spam folders if you do not find the message.
  • You can change your password in My Profile page: https://portal.demola.net/myprofile 

If you forgot your password or if it does not work, click in the "Forgot your password?" link in the login page (https://portal.demola.net/login#reset) and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Some people have problems while copy-pasting the password from the email, as it sometimes copies also whitespace characters around the password. Try to type your password manually if copy-pasting is not working.
