Demola is an experience. Experience, which might rock your world but is only as good and exciting as the team members make it. Results come from curiosity, fun and action, and we want everyone in our teams to pull to the same direction. So, to make sure you know what you are committing to, here is a list we are expecting of you.

Participation in a Demola project requires on average 10-15h weekly working time.
You will have a few weekly meetings with your team on top of your individual work.
You might need to work early mornings or late evenings depending on your team members' schedules. Everyone is required to adapt to make the team function well.
You will not be told precisely what to do at each time. You get to make the initiatives and need to be active.
It’s a team effort, not an individual assignment. Prepare yourself for discussions and co-creation.
Team members come from very diverse backgrounds and fields for a reason. Everyone is respected as they are and there is no room for arrogance, egocentrism, or excessive negativity in the projects.
