Background

Two trends are emerging in food market: consumers want brands to focus on being eco-friendly, and they want food products specially designed to provide nutrients specific to their needs.

Challenge

Department of Food Production, Technology and Food Behaviour of CIEQV focus research on developing more sustainable production systems, and on designing healthier food products. How will consumer behaviour shape research in food and nutrition, in the coming decades?
